At Kursuscenter Vadehavet we have flexible venues that can accommodate everything from small meetings to large conferences with up to 1600 participants. Several of our rooms are equipped with folding walls, allowing us to customize the space precisely to your event, regardless of its size.

All venues are equipped with modern AV equipment, and we offer technical support throughout your conference.

Are you doing workshops or multiple tracks at once? Combine the large sports hall with several smaller break-out rooms or divide a space using our movable walls.

Catering During the Conference
An important part of a successful conference is good food. We ensure that your course participants have something to look forward to at each break.
You can expect:
- Lunch buffets with local ingredients.
- Coffee and snack breaks.
- The possibility to customize menus for allergies and special dietary needs.

Accommodation and Transportation
Will the conference last several days? Stay in modern and comfortable holiday homes within walking distance of the conference rooms. We have 100 holiday homes with two bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds.
At the same time, we have plenty of free parking, so both participants and speakers can arrive smoothly.
Offer Activities and Team Building
If you need a break from the academic content, you have a house full of opportunities. We offer some of the coolest team building activities in Jutland, and we are happy to help you find the perfect activity for your group.
You can also enjoy the beautiful nature of the Wadden Sea, our sports halls, padel courts or relax in the spa and steam room of the swimming pool when it’s time for a break from academic content.
