Close to the Wadden Sea

Are you looking for a team building day out of the ordinary? The course center is located next to the Wadden Sea National Park – one of the world’s most valuable tidal areas. This allows us to offer you unique team building experiences in the local area. Spanning approximately 500 kilometers from Blåvandshuk in Denmark to Den Helder in the Netherlands, the Wadden Sea covers around 9,000 km2 of marshland, tidal flats, deep water, high sand, sandy beaches and dunes, and is an important area for the many water bird species. The Danish part of the Wadden Sea has been added to the UNESCO World Heritage List – along with the Pyramids of Egypt and the Grand Canyon in the USA. The nature surrounding the course center is also beautiful, for example, you can take a “Walk and Talk” meeting out to the Marsk Tower – the walk can easily be done in under 30 minutes. The tower was designed by world-famous Danish architect Bjarke Ingels’ famous BIG studio. From the 25-meter-high tower, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Ballum Enge, the marshes and you can also see “home” to Kursuscenter Vadehavet from there. Get the ultimate beach surfing experience on the beach on Rømø. It will be the most fun adrenaline rush of the year as you race along the beach with wind in your hair and wind in your sails.

Or how about the Electric Car Race? You drive on an outdoor racetrack where you compete against each other to see who can drive the fastest. Laughter and teamwork are guaranteed.

If you’d rather be active indoors, that’s an option too.

At Kursuscenter Vadehavet, we always focus on our guests’ wishes when we create the framework for different activities that encourage dialog and collaboration. The goal of team building is to give an eventful day or days, helping strengthen teamwork and motivation in the future for the employees in your company.

We have many years of experience in organizing team building with our own instructors, and we collaborate with a wide range of actors to ensure you get the best experience at the best price.

Active breaks
If you need a break during a course or strategy day, we are pleased to arrange a quick shooting competition, a contest on the bowling lanes or a pentathlon in the sports hall, or a game of UV floorball or UV badminton.

There are many possibilities
Should we provide inspiration/pep talks in our theater? Do you want us to challenge the team spirit and commitment, or focus more on presence, humor and play? Whatever you’re into, we’re ready to help you with everything from speed, motor skills, taste buds or precision. Our in-house artist can also paint a group portrait in our Artist’s House, which can be hung up at your company for an everlasting memory of a nice event.
